“Pulled over by police for no insurance - Had it for 3...”

Just today my Dad left me a voicemail saying “Mike, it’s your Dad, please phone me as soon as possible.”

So, naturally I thought worst.

I rang him, and he was in the back of a police car (he's a 70 year old man)! Apparently my bike isn’t insured - even though I have a certificate saying it started on the 25th June 2012 at 23:00!!! I found all the documents I have online and told him all the details for the police officer

I’ve since emailed the sham of a company (Rampdale) telling them I want a full refund & that I am taking this further, it’s going to consumer watchdog, Motor Insurer's Bureau, local & national press. It’s absolutely disgusting. It’s illegal for them to not have registered it on the police database.

I fear that all of this came from one of their customary £20 letters asking me for payment of the £20 within 7 days (this was 2 months ago) or they would automatically take it. So as the letter stated they would automatically take it, I assume they did!!

If I could give them no stars then I would!
