Ordered some trainers online to be delivered to a store for collection. Says 3-5 working days to delivery. Over 3 weeks later still no trainers. Called customer service several times to ask if they could find out where they were or when I could expect them, got told to call back in 2 days so someone who I originally spoke to could chase up the courier because the person I was now speaking to was due to go home?! Still no trainers, called again to be told they don't use couriers, and they are just delayed. Was given the option of reordering and paying for next day delivery?! .Asked for refund and was told it would be back in my account within 24hrs. 4 days later still waiting... Shockingly useless customer service!!
