“good quality, bad finishing touches”

Have used photobox several times and will continue to do so as print quality is excellent (have had photobooks, mugs and more recently acrylic prints) however feel they are let down by the last stage of the procedure. For example ordered a photobook and inside was lovely, however someone had glued the pages in wonky onto the hardback cover. There was no quibble about getting it redone but as it was a birthday present had to give the recipient the faulty one saying that it will be redone properly at a later stage. More recently ordered an acrylic print only for it to arrive with the wall hangings on upside down. Again, there was no problem about getting a new one sent out. After a few days the new on arrived with no fixings whatsoever! These are now being sent out separately and I will do them myself! My word of warning is to ensure you have plenty of time before you need the product as it may need to be redone, but worth the wait.
