If I could give them negative stars I would. I tried a 7 day free trial, which promised that if I cancelled within the 7 day period there would be no charge to my account. I cancelled within the 7 day period- they make you call an 800 number to do so - and got the confirmation, and yet I was charged $3.99 for the month. I can not get them to refund the charge. Not worth the hassle and feel as if I have been the victim of theft.
