Bike I was after was on their website with 14 day delivery. Rang local store (Metrocentre) and was told better to come in an order in store with £50 deposit. Turned out bike was available from Brighton store so order was placed on 2nd August to have bike transferred to Metrocentre. Waited 14 days then rang and was told hadn't arrived. Rang again on 24th August and was told bike still hadn't arrived but issue had been escalated to head office. Rang again on 31st August and was told bike was at warehouse and would be delivered Mon 3rd Sep. Phoen call from Evans on 4th Sep to say bike hadn't arrived as promised and no-one knows where it is. Deposit refunded at this point. Why can't they just pay courier to deliver bike next day same as any other normal retail outlet. Bike was £1350 so additional delivery charge wouldn't have broken the bank. Irony is on 31st August, bike was still on their website quoting 10 day delivery. They're a bit of a joke to be honest so be wary of their quoted delivery times.
