After choosing my spectacles it was reasurring to speak to someone on the phone to place my order, the price displayed was more competitive than the high street. It took a week and a half before I received my glasses. In which time I had seen them advertised cheaper on the Internet. I challenged them to price match the glasses which they were happy to do. My glasses arrived by courier in mint condition there just perfect. I would be happy to recommend pret a voir and would use them again in the future.
