“Outstanding”

I recently used The Holiday Place for my holiday to Cuba. I had just typed 'Cuba Holiday' into Google and the first place to come up was The Holiday Place. I clicked the link and was instantly directed to their website, which I found to be very user friendly. I selected to inquire about a twin centre holiday in Cuba, staying in Havana and Varadero. I had previously never been there before and knew nothing about either Havana or Varadero. I shortly received a call from one of the travel agents there. From the moment I picked up the call, through to actually booking a holiday the service was excellent. The travel agent who I spoke was more than knowledgeable on the destination and suggested a number of hotels that could suit my needs and differences between them. Every time I changed my mind about dates or different hotels the service was still excellent. I mainly communicated through email with the agent who was very fast in replying. Even when they were not available another agent replied with an answer to my questions within minutes.
I have just come back from my holiday and loved everything about it. The reps out there were more than friendly, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived in Havana. Both of the hotels were as the agent had described them to me and they more than satisfied me and my wife. Of course at first I was hesitant at booking a holiday through the first company I came across on the internet but the service was superb and I could not find anywhere else that could beat them on price. Well done to The Holiday Place, I would more than recommend them to my friends and family! Viva Cuba!
