“Terrible customer service”

Ordered my tickets to reading festival this year with GetMeIn - never again!
After they confirmed my tickets were being delivered, I waited in to receive them.
When nothing arrived, I tried to contact their offices, but was faced with automated answering machines. I spent my whole lunch hour the next day on the phone with no one answering.
I tried contacting UPS, who told me they would be delivered the next day - THREE DAYS LATER I received my tickets.
Now granted, I got my tickets, but the customer service of this company is disgusting. No replies or apologies for delays, not that it would help get my lost time back.
Will not be using them again!
