I used y=to use this company as i host several domains and i was attracted to the 10 domain hosting pack. I have since found much more affordable reliable hosting elsewhere.

When i informed streamline that i wanted to leave them it was a real pain. I needed to request in writing close to renewal date. I therefore raised a ticket 1 week prior to renewal stating my intention. I recieved no reply for one full week, then they replied one day before, asking me to "confirm" my request. Because i didt confirm in time (over the weekend), they renewed my service!

What a joke when i explicitly asked them to cancel twice in advance of date.

AVOID this company.
