“Complete order not received”

The products themselves are very well manufactured and very good materials seemed to have been used.
On a negative though my complete order did not arrive in the first consignment. In the end I had to prompt the company that I had not received part of my order which required another e mail of confirmation prior to them pro actively researching into the order history.
I asked if there was a possibility of having another £6.99 set of whizzers as a token gesture of goodwill but this obviously was not a possiblity nor was a covering letter in the parcel with a short explanation and apology.
