I knew what was wrong with my iPhone, and I admit that I was nervous about posting it off only for the company to turn around and say, "Well, we found loads wrong with it, and it'll cost £Loads if you want it back". But in fact it went very smoothly, they did the work quickly, and the phone was back with me within a few days.
I liked the responsiveness of the staff via the quick chat on the website. I did struggle to get through on the phone - and the muzak while on hold is abysmal - but essentially the process went just as I had hoped.
One minor gripe: once the phone had been looked at and a plan of action suggested by the company, the process to pay was unclear and a bit clunky. I couldn't figure out how to do it from my account. This could definitely be improved.
Apart from that, highly recommended!
