The speed is terrible, and connection is intermittent. Paid £50 for a technician to come out. He improved the speed, which should have sorted the problem but days later it plummeted again. Also the internet access often cuts out when the phone rings, something which the technician assured us wouldn't happen. Won't be renewing the contract and definitely wouldn't recommend.
