“don't do it!!!”

Booked holiday.... Got there a 4star hotel was 3star! Could live with that. Transfers booked through on the beach, checked with hotel return pick up was 4.25am flight due to leave 9.05am. Coach picks up takes us to airport, no sign or mention of our flight at airport then to be told by staff the transfer has taken us to the wrong airport!! 1.5 hours away from the 1 we should be at. No euros to get us to the correct airport. Ring and be told our flights had been changed. Blatant lie as no such flight they were telling us about. Told to book a new flight which cost us £270 each to be taken to Glasgow when our original flight was to Manchester. Advised to pay and book would be the only way to get back to the uk! Then cost another £35 each to get us home. So our £330 each holiday cost us a total of £635 each! Total sham very stressful called for refund and told to put a complaint in writing. Absolute joke! And no email or contact by email to suggest our flight had even changed. Not happy at all with service. My advice to anyone is do not book with this company!!!
