Brought item on the monday on 48 hour delivery. Item was out for delivery on the Wednesday, i called up on the Thursday asking where the item was and they said, 'sorry we are running behind we will try and get it to you tomorrow, theres nothing we can do about it.'

If you pay for a 48 hour service i kind of expected it to be 48 hours.
