Took about a day but the staff was very helpful when I emailed them. I unlocked my Sony ION with Rogers no problem. Once I got the code it took under a minute to do. Great job and keep up the good work. I understand some carriers try to keep their phones locked a little bit harder (which I think is completely b.s.) but with services like these they don't stand a chance.
