“Great Customer Service”

I was very impressed with this company and the service I received. The item (a wooden toy fire engine) was sent quickly, and I was kept fully informed of delivery. There was slight damage when it arrived, I emailed about the problem and they imediately sent a replacement item.
Thankyou for such excellent service.
