I ordered a new arm for my reasonably aged but much loved pair of adidas sunglasses.
SSO rang me within three hours of placing the order to say that it was currently out of stock and unlikely to be re stocked for a couple of weeks.
I told them that i needed the replacement arm for my holiday two weeks away. They made a note and said they would keep me informed of progress.
Within four days they had e-mailed me to say that they had the replacement and a day later I received it in the post.
Very impressive customer service.
