“Excellent service and quality product”

We went to look at a sofa to gauge the size etc and unfortunately it was too big. However the excellent service by Simon told us that sometimes it was possible to have the sofa in smaller sizes. We decided to purchase it and arrange a Saturday delivery which was brilliant. On discussion about buying another two seater at a later date he was able to access our details and informed us that our discount voucher had not been used and could be put towards it. Suddenly the size was right and the price was right and delivery on a perfect date which made the deal better than the other stores for a better quality product as well.
