In connection with renting an apartment through WIMDU we waited 600 euro. We were not given the apartment we had paid for and on arrival back home, we found out the apartment offered to us had a lower price. The difference in rent was 600 euro.
First we asked the host for refund, but he refused to send any money
Therefore we contacted WINDU for help. They said help was not possible due to late request for help. We did not bring a computer with us on vacation and therefore request was send on arrival back home. Request has to be send before 24 hours after rental is started. If not they offer no help
Due to the fact, that we first found out we had been fooled on arrival back home, this was not possible
We will never use WIMDU again and are warning others against this company
Apparently they do not check their hosts and they do not care how they behave
