I had an 18 month contact with three - I called to give notice of cancellation at the end of the term (same problem as everyone has - poor signal and poor customer service from their Indian call centres) After a good 10 minute tussle with the representative she finally agreed to cancel my account. Within the next 5 days I received 2 calls per day from three trying to get me to resign the contact. The pushy, arrogant representative actually told me that I was wasting his time as I didn't want to resign anything - He called me! The worst stressful experience ever. Stay well clear of them!
