changed from bt to talk talk after being told by the sales compliance team manager "dont worry we will pay your disconnection fee" what a load of lies, 7 weeks later, 15 phone calls (approx 12 hours talking on the phone). I would not beleive or trust anyone from talk talk, sales compliance, loyality team, or their call centre operatives, not one of them tell you same thing. They want your custom and then they treat you like dirt. DONT BELIEVE IF THEY SAY THEY WILL PAY YOUR DISCONNECTION FEE BECAUSE THEY WONT. Have now ended my contract after 7 1/2 weeks, I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Sorry BT should never of left you.
