This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.
Few weeks ago I have sent my htc one x with broken screen..... I have been told that is going to take from 3 to 5 working days.....got it finaly back after over a month. screen was changed for some cheap stuff and was not working properly (not responding in some places and blinking), person on the phone told me that everythink was ok , buy they can check it again ... so I have send it back, after 2 weeks I have called them and they told me that I need to pay 12 pounds for the post becouse the phone is ok... so I paid (AGAIN!!!!) got the mobile... and is not working , I cannot use it I have lost 170 pounds for nothing ....... so please be aware of this company.
