“Ignorant resurant staff”

Took my daughter and grand daughter to this, it's split up into various franchises, the part in question was the resturant, it was getting near closing time so the staff have only one thing on there mind, how soon they can get to the door. One drinks machine switched off, but an infuriating woman with vacuum a cleaner is doing the carpet from when we sat down, and kept on even when I told her I'd £10 on drinks and wanted a bit of quite, but no she had to carry on, plus the fact that my grandaughter has an autisum and she had her hands over her ears all the time. So I asked for the manager but he didn't have the balls to come out and see me.
The rest of the place is fine, just have drink and a bit to eat somewhere else.
