To be honest I've always been apprehensive about using websites for phone unlocking but as my daughter now lives in Spain the benefits of having a local card for my Samsung Smartphone made me look.

I had tried a few of the High Street fly by night boys who didn't inspire confidence before doing a web search. Why did I choose FreeUNLOCKS? 1) The site was professional 2) The stages were clearly explained giving me confidence 3) Support looked good

And the service? 1) I had an email with code I could possibly need in quick time 2) Instructions were excellent - comprehensive but clear 3) Worked first time. Be sure you have a SIM from another provider at hand, put it in, switch on I inserted the serial and bingo worked.
