HIDDEN CHARGES: Deliberate small print will say that there are 'charges' for cabin baggage that needs to be checked in at the gate because it is 'too large'. At the gate you will find instead of the size dimensions on the website, a tiny pigeon hole in which your bag wont fit. Then they will ask you to pay £51 for checking-in your baggage at the gate. The terms are at the bottom of the third page when you click and click and click on the website.
ITEMS STOLEN FROM BAGGAGE: Prague-London. I had cigarettes and other items stolen from checked in baggage. No responsibility taken by airline. They are asking me to go back to airport to file a claim. As if i would check each item in my bag as soon as it comes off the belt. Process deliberately designed to deflect claims and avoid compensation. Callous, negligent and criminal attitude. If there is any justice in the world Wizz Air will be banned from the skies. They are thieves. They will steal things from your checked in baggage (for which you pay £51 in any case). Not to be trusted and never to be flown.
