“Trouble getting tickets delivered”

The Monday before Reading Festival there was no sign of tickets I'd bought months before, despite several emails from Seatwave saying not to worry, they are on their way. I was going away on the Wednesday and called to ask them if I could collect them in Reading on the day. They told me - we'll call you later to tell you what's happening. They sent me an email later saying the tickets had been dispatched and would arrive the next day - which is what I asked them not to do. I had to cancel a meeting and stay in to receive them. The other option, they told me, was not to go to the concert and not to get a refund.
