the process was straightforward, and no unnecessary complications. however, as a client coming from abroad, i would appreciate the option of using just a debit card. having to acquire a credit card just for the occasion makes for more expense and complications. one more point, it's much easier and safer driving a car with the same gear pattern as your own car (those of us who own one), and i would like to be sure of hiring a car with reverse gear to the right of the others. perhaps when booking we could be provided with a box in which one could tick either type of gear pattern as well as automatic. driving as if it were one's own car is just that bit more comfortable and less stressful.
that aside, i have no hesitation in recommending both argus and budget to other folk.
