“Online shopping & Customer Service”

I ordered a pair of bib shorts online, which arrived absolutely fast. Altough there was a sizing issue and also the colored parts did not exactly match the colors shown on the photos of the item, in the webshop. Email sent to Evans Customer Service about refund/exchange possibility.

Prompt and positive replies followed, so the item was sent back to Evans Refund Dept. Evans not just exchanged my item but agreed to do it to another brand, another size (of course at the same value) without any issues and posted it right away. I received my exhange item in 4 days from the UK!

The whole deal took me only 14 working days, which is ultra exceptional in my opinion.
