“Customer service - my a**e”

As the title suggests, they have no customer service. Firstly i was offered another handset, which i clearly didnt want, and only when i prompted the card reading operative did he realise he had to ask a security question. At this point i asked him where he was from, he replied England, this was the first of their lies. After he found the card that told him where he lived he said that the company was Indian !!! Clearly wrong info on his card. Anyway, endless emails and unwanted calls later i even tried to complain about the rate increase. I was passed to another customer service operative who said that he would email me with an explanation. He had all my details as i had given him my password. He then said that i could have his email address and i advised him that i didnt have a pen to write it down. He then abused me by saying that it was easy to do that i should be able to remember it. I asked for his name on numerous occassions but they seem to have forgotten who he was, even though they record the calls. Something that they have access to and i would have to pay for !!! Data protection act, my a**e.

Anyway, i would certainly NOT, once again NOT, recommend this company for a mobile phone. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I dread to think what will happen when my contract ends. If only i could end it now without paying the redemption charges. Surely they have broken the terms of the contract (although apparently the RPI increase doesnt constitute them breaking the terms !!).
