“Messed me around, their error, took admin fee”

i would stay clear of these jokers, who do not return calls or are courteous in the way they carry out their business. firstly i booked some tickets, i transfered money in the came day as requestewd, a few days later after no emails had been received i chased them. they forgot to book my tickets and if i wanted them the price had gone up so i still owed them money. i asked for a refund and was told 2 weeks to return money. eventually after a lot of chasing - i.e. ring up and ask for someone, to be told they have left, ring up a few days later and they are working. management do not return calls.
this is the usual case for these jokers, have logged a case with the fraud office for de-frauding me out of an admin fee, which was down to their fault. every one who has issues - please report to the fraud office or trading standards
