I now host multiple customer sites via LCN as I always get a good fast response.
LCN always come up with the answers that I need and in great detail if it is detail that I need, but always in simple terms that anyone would easily understand.
If I need something that LCN don't offer, it is fast on a development list and usually becomes available to everyone within a short time frame.
The ticketing system works really well and a good trail of any query is easily followed as it can sometimes be passed on from department to department, but you always get a fast response.
