DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE WORST MOBILE PHONE COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHAT SO EVER!!!!
This company is an absolute joke!! I have been trying to cancel my contract (the contract is up) for two weeks now. Every time I ring I am placed on hold for over 15mins, when I do finally get through I am fobbed off for over half an hour, and when i finally get to cancel they ring me back within ten mins offering me another deal.
Basically I rang and cancelled on the 8th August (Which took 45mins including time on 'hold'), the guy was intrusive, asking me questions about why i was leaving and basically suggesting I was lying about moving abroad. Then a guy rang me back offering me a deal, which i didn't agree to, he left the call saying he was going to see if he could strike up a better deal with his manager and would ring me back shortly, over a week passed so i rang back to see what this deal was before i signed up with another company, was informed I should just wait for his call. It never happened, so today I rang to double check the state of my account as I had not received any paper work, only to find out he never cancelled my contract, instead he had put me onto the upgrade he was telling me about that I never accepted and to my understanding had already cancelled my contract.
So today i have had 3 half hour phone calls to three, twice cut off, told i would have to pay an early cancellation fee for a contract i never agreed to, and finally my contract has been cancelled! Lets see if this really is the end when the final bill comes!! I will never go with this company again, they are sly and underhand, and will use any excuse or reason to try and trick you to keep your contract. Plus the call centre in india makes communication hard work and no matter how many times you say you want to cancel, they completely ignore you and carry on with their on screen prompts.!!!!!!
