I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM A FEW MONTHS AGO BUT WAS MADE REDUNDANT BEFORE I COULD RECIEVE IT. I CALLED THEM A FEW DAYS BEORE PLACING THE ORDER AND TOLD THEM I WAS MOVING SO MY DETAILS NEEDED UPDATING. i RECENTLY CHECKED ONLINE FOR SOME SALE PRODUCTS AND MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED 300 POUNDS IN INTEREST FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT RECIEVE! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE AND STRESSING ME OUT! I DIDNT SIGN FOR THIS PACKAGE AT WORK AS I WAS SACKED AND SOMEONE HAS SIGNED FOR IT AND TAKEN IT(PROBABLY MY SCUMMY BOSS) I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UNHELPFUL THEIR RESPONSES SOUND VERY AUTOMATED ! I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! IF THEY WOULD HAVE UPDATED MY ADDRESS LIKE I TOLD THEM TO I WOULD HAVE RECIEVED THE PAPER BILL AND KNOWN I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR A NON RECIEVED PRODUCT! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED
