“Payment system complicated and annoying, ”

This is the worst sort of patronising website, where you have to tick endless drop down boxes to opt out of being on their mailing list for phone, email, post and then again for not having this information passed on to other companies. Most companies out there respects their customers and let them opt in rather than opt-out, and don't we respect them more in return? This sort of thing puts me off ever using them again.

The payment system also has errors in it that make you have to repeat steps and double check everything, which never inspires confidence.

Altogether very disappointing.
