Online service absolutely appalling!!
Cannot believe the terrible service from such a well known company - don't know how they are still in business!!
Took the money and gave me a date for delivery even though the product wasn't available.
Did not contact me to let me know product was not available, i had to do all the chasing to get a refund!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND - AVOID!!!!

We eventually ordered from appliancesonline who gave an excellent service and delivered the next day, would even deliver at weekend for FREE!
