“delivery with hermes are rubbish !!!!!!!!”

so i made a order with m&m direct on the thursday come the tuesday i get a email saying they sent the item to me three times but no one was in .....i finish work at 12 and i am home at 12:15. my girlfriend starts work at 1:00 so there is always someone here,we live in a one bedroom flat and our living room is right next to the door or there is a buzzer.. and no one knocked and no one buzzed.....ive not used m&m direct in a year or so and never had any trouble before even when i used them right on top of christmas, it may be a bit cheaper but its so so much easier to go out and get it from a shop,next time i will shop around a bit more....and im not sure if hermes is new to m&m but i would change with a diffrent delivery force if i was them.
