I went to website online and found a nice kurti but was unsure of the fabric...There is an online chatting option available in which I posted the enquiry.... I got a reply after 15 long minutes and that too, the reply was"Hio, How may I help you today?"
I asked the person to answer my question. He started giving me vague answers like "It is free size, very comfortable etc". I again requested him to answer my question and atleast read it properly...
He asked me to call on customer care or provide an email id...
My experience became worst when I called them. I spoke to 4 different people and yet no one answered my simple single enquiry. They do not post full details about the product on their website and are clueless about the fabric as well.
Also, someone gave me a callback and he made me repeat my concern again and again...he had no clue about the product as well. He also told me that he will give me a call back next morning..
This is really stupid as he wasted my time without giving any resolution...
I had worst possible experience and now I understand why e commerce has not yet progressed to the level it should have done...
