I would just like to share a fascinating experience, I started out yesterday at 5"7 and 170lbs (77kg) I stuck to the diet with occassional substitutes and even did a little walking, I weighed in this morning (2nd day) at 164lbs! (74.6kg) I have managed to lose almost 6lbs in ONE DAY!
Obviously I know its mostly water weight but im an evening muncher and considering you only get three fixed meals I was exhausted by the end of the day! But definitely worth it! I will keep you updated :-)
