on 14th August I requested an unlocking code for my blackberry torch. After some delay a code arrived. On the maximum amount of attempts allowed it was still unsuccessful> I have now in my possession an unusable Blackberry torch> On calling the London Helpline i was informed there was nothing that could be done as all attempts had been tried> Having followed unlocking instructions very carefully i was obviously disgusted with lack of success> More so i was absolutely disgusted to be told by somebody on the end of the telephone when I rang for assistance that nothing can be done. In my possession i now am the owner of an absolutely USELESS blackberry torch. I am unable to unlock it to accept my 3 network sim card.I hope you will offer me some assistance with this situation> i would be happy for a solution from yourselves. I have purchased the unlock code twice as didnt receive first time so have wasted £10. Also a lot of time and effort and immense dissapointment. Please can you instruct me on how to rectify this problem> i look forward to your positive response. The phone can be posted to your company and it could be sorted out with yourselves. Please do not tell me there is nothing can be done.That is totally unprofessional. I look forward to your response.
