WRITE A REVIEW

Having received the highest quote for my mobile compared with other competitors, I sent my IMMACULATE mobile, in the box with an added cover immediately. After 14 days the company wrote to me and advised the mobile was not in working condition and with items missing which was completely incorrect Of course they then decreased their offer by 50%, and price now far LOWER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. I refused this price and asked for everything to be returned to me, which they said would be done within 48 hours. After 14 days of receiving nothing back I emailed company without a reponse. Mobile was eventually returned by company but not my box or my cover ! Again emailed but have had no response. SO PLEASE BE AWARE AS INITAL QUOTES ARE HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS BUT CHANCES ARE THEY WILL REVISE QUOTES UPON RECEIPT - AS STATED MY MOBILE IS IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION. I have now sold my mobile with a reputable company who were a pleasure to deal with and more importantly stuck to their original quote.
