“Changed my AOL password and lost all my 7 million + tokens”

I have been playing POGO games for years and accumulated 7 million + tokens. I recently had to change my AOL password. This is where all my problems started. Went to play my regular POGO games and found all my 7 million + tokens were gone. I was asked, by POGO, to register as a customer. So I did and was given 10,000 tokens but I did not receive my 7 million tokens as I expected. I have tried so many ways to get to a POGO Customer Service and there is none available. All I get is the runaround, do this or do that. I do what other players do and still I find no help. It is very frustating. If you run a company you should be able to give your customers some help and you seem to evading all your responsibilities and you want us to use your product which is not fair to us. I really would like to know where my 7 million tokens disappeared to.
