I recently changed to three as I lost my phone and happened to heave a three sim at home, these guys have no clue what customer service is, anytime I want to log to my account they manage to get me furious about the user unfriendliness of their ux. They offered me a voucher for something like 100 minutes free If I top up £10, but in order to activate my account they made me to buy £10 regular credit with no free minutes - with their rates it is like 10 minutes of calling. I've sent 3 customer complaints/enquiries and never got a reply. The only time I hear from them is when they try to sell something.
International calls are 50p (if it actually happens to work) and the whole way they present their services is made in way to lure a customer into paying exceedingly more for crappy service.
Companies like this one shouldn't even be in the market.
