I am happy with this site and the service as the cost was still reasonable even after I got charged extra.

Don't believe the whole zero excess, when I picked up the car they said it only covered the bodywork and not the engine and gearbox????? which is mad!

They said an extra 66 euros is the only way to cover everything. I just wish sites would offer a true zero excess I don't want to pay anything at the airport I just want to get the keys and go, so why cant these sites offer this option.

That said I still paid less than our friends so cant complain too much.
