“Frustration squared: tech problem then NO support help”

Paying customer for years. Within the last few months one tech problem after another. Just about back and running and then "Java" problems all over again.

All websites can have difficulties especially these days trying to keep up with hardware and software advances so you just inform your customers and keep them updated, right?

Wrong. Remember the horror days of ebay when 'every one for themselves" was the rule? That's the 2012 Pogo situation.

Need help? Find a 'forum' where people who just like you comment. Help? Ha!

Worst part of all? The allusion that IF you click, choose and click again, correctly THIS time, you MIGHT find the magic combo to reach customer support.

It never happens. The cruelest joke are the buttons labeled "Contact" - yea, right!

The management of Pogo is horrible, sorry to say. Thinking of becoming a paying customer? Maybe wait a year or so, see if they can get some software guys who know what their doing.

Don't waste your time, money and stomach acid!

Truly a frustrating experience!
