“Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!”

We first viewed the property through their partner company Frank Innes (who were extremely helpful and friendly, and have been since), but Bairstow Eves offered us discounted initial fees.

Having provided all paperwork and paid to have the property 'taken off the market', we were told that unless the landlord specifically veto'd us, the property was ours.

After a total lack of communication, 3 days later we are told that the property had been let to another couple who had applied after us, and that there was "nothing they could do about it" and they'd have to "see about paying the fees back". Even if we were fully refunded, we are now without anywhere to live, having been told that we would definitely have the property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
