“Buyer Paid without Receiving Item”

In June I purchased an old violin from the seller. His ID number is libertyandvictoriauk. Item number is #2308055694770. When the item was sent to me, it was lost. And the item was returned to the seller at last. I didn't receive it from tracking info. I opened a case. For a month, the case
was closed without any reason and eBay stood on seller's position.

Who can help me? How can I get my $501 back? Until now it was 3 months. I called eBay. When I heard that I couldn't get my money back, I was very upset.

eBay has made a big mistake that if no one would buy things from eBay, it would be closed. All the buyers have made a large profit for eBay. Without buyers' contribution, eBay did not exist.
