“Thank You Holiday Mate”

Dear Holiday Mate,

I booked a holiday with yourselves for 17th June, staying at the Pineta Club Hotel in Marmaris, Turkey. I cannot remember the name of the lady who I booked through (I called your number after seeing the holiday on Teletext) but I just wanted to say thank you for your service both on the telephone and out in Turkey. Myself and my partner (aged 28 and 35) had a really good time at this hotel. We had read quite a lot of bad reviews on trip advisor so we were a bit apprehensive about going, however we had a fantastic time! I have since been on to trip advisor and put a great review on there.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel and whilst it was a bit dated, it was clean and we had everything that we needed. The pools were lovely and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The staff worked very hard and kept everyone entertained throughout the day and the poolside music was modern and good to listen to. One evening there was a Turkish wedding on in the grounds, which was really lovely to watch. The drinks were not watered down and there was always something to eat when we needed it. We met some lovely people of all ages who also had a great time.

I said to the lady who took my booking at your call centre that I would let her know how our holiday went. I wish I had taken her name, but she was very friendly and a great help on the phone when I was booking. It was fantastic value for money and we would definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend it to our friends.
