“Take too long to despatch order”

I placed a few orders as gifts and chose standard delivery as I was expecting the delivery with 5 working days. I checked my order status and was surprised that all 3 orders had still not been dispatched after 4 working days. I did get my order but it was late and it was not the fault of UPS delivery but was the slow/late despatch from Body shop.

Very nice smelling products but seem to be getting a bit over priced.

Don't think I will be using body shop again. Would rather give my money to a company that delivers what they promise.
