i was able to use this without hassles. The file I had converted was done accurately, so no issues there at all. Also, it really does everything that Adobe Acrobat could do, and it's only about 20% of the price! It did crash a few times though, but that was after 3 months already so it's fine. I did have to contact their customer support about that. They responded to my email right away, so all is well.
