I was accidentally charged for a no-show when I had actually cancelled the hotel booking in good time. Booking.com sorted it out for me by contacting the hotel and I (hope)I have been refunded my money on my credit card.
Now I am booking a Christmas break in Bucharest with Booking.com. Their website is clear and easy to use.
The only thing I would like is for the initial information on the hotels to include details about whether breakfast is included in the price shown. You have to click on the hotel to see clearly whether breakfast is included in the room rate.
